Palarong Pambansa 2012 will be held in Pangasinan. We all know that Pangasinan is the best place to undertake this kind of events because we have complete sports facilities and aside from that, our place is packed with beautiful tourist spots such as beaches, caves, hot spring, waterwalls and hundred islands.
Pangasinan already hosted several major sports events and conventions. In fact, aside from Palarong Pambansa in 1995, we have hosted the 2009 Pentathlon National open Invitational Athletics Championships which is attended by Athletes from various Asian countries, The 12 National Special Olympics games, The 2008 and 2009 Region I Athletics Association Meet, The Luzon Area Milo Little Olympics as well as its National Finals scheduled this November, The Regional PRISAA Competitions, The 2010 National Mango Congress, and the 2009 yearly Assembly of United Architects of the Philippines.
Our Sports Facilities are of international standards which are well secured and accessible. The Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center is a one stop sports civic and recreation center which has become a venue of various major international, National and Regional Sports and cultural activities. The Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center has a fully air-conditioned gymnasium. The grandstand and the stadium can seat 10 thousand expectators simultaneously.
